We can shear cut or saw cut your smooth dowels in standard lengths or custom ordered sizes. Saw cut cut ends for ease of joint movement. Helps you collect your retainage, reduce your call backs, and save labor. Eliminates drilling bulkheads, greasing or spinning dowels, and removing or reinstalling dowels.

The sleeves create a cavity that will accept either smooth or deformed dowels and will prevent bonding to the initial concrete placement. For dowels to be effective, they should be smooth , aligne and supported so they will remain parallel in both the horizontal and the vertical planes during the placing and finishing operation. All dowels should be sawn and not sheared. Properly aligne smooth dowels allow the joint to open as concrete shrinks.
