How tall is scaffolding? If you are going to buy scaffold planks and also have a need for scaffolding frames, or vice versa, we are undoubtedly the place to buy. This is because we are the only scaffolding company in the country that manufactures our own X pine scaffold plank.

If you buy scaffolding planks from us, they ship from the same warehouse as your frames. The ends are clipped with a 45-degree cut at all four corners to help prevent end shearing. The ends have a metal rod inserted and have a brad on each end to secure the rod permanently in place, to help prevent warping, cracking, and splitting.


A bar or other effective means shall be securely fastened to the platform at each end to prevent the platform from slipping off the hanger. To do so, the agency sets federal standardsfor general industry, construction, and shipyard employment. Each platform unit (e.g., scaffold plank , fabricated plank , fabricated deck, or fabricated platform) shall be installed so that the space between adjacent units and the space between the platform and the uprights is no more than inch ( cm) wide, except where the employer can demonstrate that a wider space is necessary (for example, to fit around uprights when side brackets are used to extend the width of the platform).

The Plank exercise is a core abdominal strength exercise, also known as the hover or abdominal bridge exercise. The most popular form of the Plank is the Forward Plank exercise (shown above) which usually involves weight bearing through the forearms and toes, with the body maintained in a horizontal position elevated above the ground.
